This has included Due Diligence services and Building Surveys pre acquisition; Dilapidations advise and preparation and negotiation of schedules; Reinstatement Cost Assessments on their full portfolio; Contract Administration of refurbishments for speculative or pre-let purposes and; Planned Maintenance and occasional one off bespoke Defects Analysis and advice.
