A two phase development, totalling 300,000 Sq. ft, comprising a new build warehouse for our Clients who are a distributor of pharmaceutical products. We were Client Representative, working collaboratively with the Client team to invite competing site bids from Developers. We provided an outline specification based on the Clients particular requirements and following interviews and site selection, monitored the construction of phase 1 and were retained as Employers Agent on an extensive fit out, including full warehouse temperature control to MHRA standards.
We are now appointed as pre contract Project Managers and Employers Agent post contract for Phase 2.
