We were retained by the Client following successful delivery of Phase 1, to Project Manage Phase 2 in the turnkey development and fit out of the second 150,000sq ft at this site. Following pre-contract design and procurement, we were retained as Employers Agent in the delivery of this fully temperature controlled warehouse and including DC-coupled PV battery solution and helping the Client achieve their net zero target.
