Acted for our occupier client in monitoring the base build. We were retained as PM/EA in delivering the CAT B fit out of this 544,000ft.sq distribution facility, including three storey offices with commercial canteen, gym, locker room, board room, meeting rooms, offices and driver’s hub. The warehouse fit out included a full M&E solution including in-rack sprinkler. The works were completed in five phases to allow early occupation by the client and commencement of stocking of the facility.
